We met you three years ago whilst looking for a home to buy, and at the time we remarked that it was such a shame that the property we wanted to purchase was not one of yours as you were such a pleasure to deal with. We were so impressed with you that day that we wrote an email to your agency Principals to tell them so. We agreed then that if we were ever to sell our home, you would be our first call.
That day came this year. Putting our home on the market was difficult for both of us. Divorce, even a very amicable one like ours, is never easy, and having to prepare to say goodbye to the home that we both love so much was very hard. It could have been a very trying and difficult time for us, instead your good nature and our confidence in you made it an easy and painless process.
From the first night you came to appraise the home we knew we had made the right decision in calling you. It was obvious just speaking with you that your knowledge of the area and the market was outstanding, and you were confident about the market value of our home, as well as the best method of sale. Auction was not something we would have even considered if not for you, but the confidence and expertise you displayed and our trust in you was enough to convince us to follow your advice.
Throughout the marketing campaign, you kept us well informed at all times, with weekly reports, regular phone calls and get-togethers to keep in touch. You were only ever a phone call away and worked tirelessly to build up interest and momentum during the campaign, resulting in having a number of interested parties registered on Auction night.
The night of the Auction you absolutely excelled yourself. Not only during our Auction, but during the several other listings you had at Auction the same night, you worked your buyers tirelessly during the bidding. It was clear that you were determined to achieve the absolute best possible price for all of your vendors. And as we knew you would, you achieved a result we were very pleased with – exactly what you had predicted that we would and above our reserve.
Tomorrow our property settles. The new owners will move their family in and make it their own. Thought we’re sad to say goodbyes we appreciate that because of you, selling has been nowhere near as difficult as it could have been. During a very trying, emotional and stressful period in both our lives, to not have to worry about the house sale was a blessing. We knew you had it under control, and were free to focus on other things.
Phil, we can’t thank you enough for all of your hard work over the last couple of month. You can bet that you’ll be hearing from us both in the future, any time we’re looking to buy or sell again. It has been an absolute pleasure, just as it was three years ago, and you truly are an asset to Ray White Hills Group.
